Bioguard Plus

Contains high molecular weight cationic polymer with universal disinfecting properties.

Composition:

Each 1 Ltr contains:

PHMB (polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride) …………. 2%

BKC (Benzalkonium Chloride) 50% ……………………………………………. 8%

Features:

PHMB ( polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride)

– Broad spectrum of long lasting BIOCIDE activity.

– Acts in the presence of organic matters also.

– Acts at very low concentration with minimum contact time.

– Food Safety (High Oral LD 50) with no residual effect.

– UV (Photo) Stable, pH Stable & Temperature Stable.

– Odorless & readily soluble in Water.

BKC (Benzalkonium Chloride)

– Offers Strong Detergency & Rapid, Safe, Powerful Antimicrobial activity at low ppm.

– BKC based Disinfectants are Non-toxic, Non-tainting & Odour-free at use dilutions.

– 50%w/w Benzalkonium Chloride (BKC) Passes Stringent BS EN 1276 Microbicidal.

– Testing at 1:2000 dilution.

– BKC displays a high level of Biodegradability when tested in accordance with OECD.

– Test Protocol 301C.

– Compatible with Non-ionic, Ampholytic and Cationic surface-active agents.

Usage & Administration:

Poultry:

For Water Sanitization: 5 to 10 ml / 100 Ltr of water

For Farm Fogging: 5 to 10 ml / Ltr of water / 1000 cubic feet.

Spray / Surface Sanitization:

In presence of birds: 5 ml / Ltr of water per 100 sq.ft area

In empty shed: 5 ml / Ltr. of water / 50 sq. feet area

Surface sanitization in other areas: 5 ml / Ltr of water

Hand or personnel sanitation: 2 ml / Ltr of water

Vehicle/ Equipment / Utensils Cleaning: 2 ml per Ltr of water.

Egg Wash / Cleaning: 7 ml / 10 Ltr. of water

Recommended Usage in Aqua

Prevention: 1 Ltr / hectare per meter of depth (i.e 10 Ltr per pond of 1 hectare)

(Please double the recommended dose in severe condition)

or as advised by Aqua Consultant.
