Guandinoacetic acid (GAA)
Main active ingredient of Guacid, Guanidine acetic acid (GAA), is formed by glycine and l-arginine in vivo and is a precursor of creatine.
GAA is transported to the liver through blood circulation, which can be transformed into creatine under the catalysis of S-Adenosyl methionine guanidine acetic acid (GAMT) with S-Adenosyl methionine (SAM).
Creatine can be transformed into phosphocreatine and creatinine, and then participate in energy metabolism of the body.
Benefits:
– Improves growth perfomance.
– Serves as precursor of creatine.
– Spares dietary energy.
– Increases and improves lean meat and improve carcass quality.
Usage:
For Poultry:
600 – 1000 gm per ton feed
For Aquaculture:
3 – 5 gm per ton feed
